Return Policy

Additionally, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for the return to be processed.

Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, the following conditions apply:

• Before Shipping: If you cancel the order either today or tomorrow before the product is shipped, we will accept the cancellation with a deduction of the Payment Gateway processing and service fee of 2.5% of the paid value for the transaction. We will process your refund through NEFT within 7 working days.
• After Shipping: If you cancel the order after the product has been shipped, we will not accept any cancellation.
